Siyabulela holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree, and a Post Graduated Diploma in Taxation from Rhodes University in Grahamstown, and a Certificate in Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town. Siyabulela’s areas of expertise are as follows; Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Taxation, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Strategic Management, Change Management, Performance Management, and Human Resource Management.



The expertise outlined above have been enhanced by over fifteen years of working experience through holding positions at Governance, Executive, Senior and Middle Management levels of which Siyabulela has been at management level and above for over eleven years in the public and private sector and has been beneficial in ensuring his sound understanding of the Municipal Finance Management Act, Public Finance Management Act, Companies Act and all related legislation.



Currently, Siyabulela serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Euphoria Provident Fund; a Board Member/Non-Executive Director, Chairperson of the Social Ethics & Technical Operations Committee, and member of the Chair of Chairs Committee of Africa’s Best 350 (Pty) Ltd (AB350), the

second largest bus operator in the Eastern Cape. Furthermore, Siyabulela is a Board Member/Non-Executive Director of the Chris Hani District Co- operative Development Centre. This is a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) which is based in Queenstown and is embarking on a strategic initiative which entails the commercialisation of farms within the Eastern Cape for over 200,000 hectares of land. Siyabulela is part of the first Board of Directors of the NPO and serves on the NPO’s Governance Committee, Audit & Risk Committee, and is the Chairperson of the Finance, Organisational Development & Investment Committee.



Since the Board of Directors was established, the board, with Siyabulela included, has implemented the following (but not limited to those listed below):

• Establishment of Committees

• Governance

• Audit & Risk

• Finance, Organisational Development & Investment

• Development of Charters for the Board and its Committees.

• Review of the Strategy

• Organisational Redesign through the development of a new organogram

• Policy Development

• Improved audit opinion (qualified to unqualified) through the oversight and guidance of the Audit & Risk Committee of which Siyabulela is a member of.

Director

Bophelo Tsholo is an Organisational, Brand and Communications Strategist with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives across corporate, government, and international sectors. Her experience in the Branding, Communications, and Marketing industries has shaped her professional prowess as a Brand, Communications, and Marketing Specialist. Bophelo is a member of the Marketing Association of South Africa (MASA).

Bophelo Tsholo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies and Anthropology from the University of the Witwatersrand; an Honours Degree in Strategic Brand and Communications from Vega School; a Certificate in Strategic Business Management from The University of Cape Town; as well as a member of the Marketing Association of South Africa (MASA).

Bophelo is the Co-Director of Tsholo Consulting Solutions, an Accounting, Tax, and Advisory company, where she leads Strategy Development assignments. Recognised for leadership, innovation, and the ability to translate organisational goals into measurable outcomes and is passionate about fostering meaningful partnerships that promote sustainable development.

As an advocate for Women and Youth Development, Bophelo’s commitment to contributing towards positive and sustainable change in communities and society is extended through her involvement in organisations that propel the rights and empowerment of women and youth. Some of these organisations include the African Women Leader’s Network (AWLN), African Union (AU), UN Women (UN), and the South African BRICS Youth Association (SABYA).

Bophelo has consulted for numerous organisations, such as the African Women Leaders Network (AWLN), as a Communications Consultant for their Global Office in New York, and managed the development of their global online platform. She also is a program facilitator and moderator for panel discussions, in which she executes with aplomb.

Currently, Bophelo plays an Advisory role in the Office of the Executive Chair of the South African BRICS Youth Association (SABYA). Through this position, she has provided Stakeholder Management Support, such as the joint partnership with the 2025 Women20 (W20) under the G20 South African Presidency.

Bophelo is a member of the Progressive Professionals Council of Southern Africa whose mission is to advance ethical leadership development in Southern Africa. She currently is the Head of the Gauteng Province for the organisation. She is also a Senior Mentor in the Gauteng Province at EduKasi, an NPO empowering communities, and youth through mentorship, youth initiatives, and social entrepreneurship incubations- where her focus is on Mental Health Advocacy.

Her professional career has been intentionally shaped around creating measurable social impact through strategic communications, brand leadership, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Bophelo brings experience that has strengthened her ability to navigate complex environments with strategic clarity, ethical responsibility, and purpose-driven leadership.
